By creating an account, generating payment links, or integrating the Lion UPI REST API, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our payment gateway services.
To use Lion UPI, you must be a legally operating business or individual above 18 years of age. You agree to provide accurate registration details (mobile number, business name, and email) and maintain the confidentiality of your API keys and login credentials.
Merchants are strictly prohibited from using our payment infrastructure for illegal goods, gambling, adult content, fraudulent schemes, or unauthorized financial activities. We reserve the right to immediately suspend any merchant account suspected of fraudulent behavior or terms violation.
Lion UPI provides multi-channel UPI routing infrastructure. Funds collected via Paytm Business, BharatPe, or Manual UPI settle directly into the merchant's connected bank account. Lion UPI acts as an infrastructure aggregator and is not responsible for bank network delays or third-party NPCI outages.
Merchants using our REST API must adhere to reasonable request thresholds. Excessive polling or automated brute-force request patterns may trigger automatic rate-limiting to protect platform stability and maintaining our 99.98% uptime SLA.
Subscription plans (Free, Starter, Business, Enterprise) govern monthly order limits and connected bank account caps. Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment verification.
In no event shall Lion UPI or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from banking network delays, customer UTR input errors, or unauthorized account access due to merchant credential negligence.
